As a host, you can provide 8.5 x 11 menu stationery for a special printed menu, ribbons (1.5 to 2 inches wide) and place cards prior to the event. Grotto will type the menu on the stationery and tie the ribbons on each napkin at no additional charge. The host must provide the place cards with names on them and a seating diagram prior to the function. Grotto does not provide place cards. Table set up for the party will be discussed with your Grotto Event Coordinator prior to the function.
