 Potato Scallops 

Pan seared potato cake with lobster meat and sweet peas puree

Paired with: Irish Old Fashioned

--Second Course--

Salmon Salad

Smoked Scottish Salmon, Micro Greens Sweet Corn, dill & mustard dressing 

Paired with: Pimms Cocktail

--Third Course--

Leek Soup

Roasted potato and leek soup with Parmesan crisp roll

Paired with: Scotch

--Fourth Course--

Beef Standing Rib

 Standing Rib roast of beef with roasted fingerling potatoes, carrots and Parmesan asparagus 

Paired with: Guinness Stout

--Fifth Course--

English Cherry  Trifle 

Almond pound cake, white chocolate whipped ganache, mandarin orange gel

Paired with: Taylor Tawny Port
